MACAROON

Selalu tengok bakers promote Macaroon. Memandangkan assignment dgn Anjung x banyak minggu ni, jd aku ada kelapangan nak tambah ilmu baru.  Cari punya cari so terjumpa lah blog Piqa Bakery oleh Kak Normie aka Juraiza Aziz ada wat Kelas Macaroon pd 16 Oktober 2011 (Ahad) yakni semalam bayaran RM150. 

Apa yang kami belajar:
1) French Method (Shell) - Hand on
2) Italian Method (Shell) - Demo
3) Filling - Salted Caremel, Choc. Ganache & Italian Buttercream (Raspberry). 

Masa dalam kelas banyak tips-tips yang diberikan dan kami juga diberi peluang mempelbagai perisa bagi Shell Macaroon selain daripada basic resepi yang diberi. Kalau tengok resepinya, bahan nya cukup mudah dan senang dpt tapi nak membuatnya SERIOUSLY memang mencabar dan cerewet. Banyak aspek kena ambik kira termasuk faktor cuaca.  Bila dah buat mesti nak rasakan, nilah 1st time aku tengok Cik Mac ni depan mata dan 1st time juga merasanya. Cuma nasihat aku sapa yang suka manisan ni memang pilihan yang baik, mana yang tengah control gula, tengok aje lah ye!!!
