PUDING ROTI KISMIS - CHEF ASMA

Aku nak share resepi kat sini leh tak???? Nape nak share, sebab aku dh try resepi kat blog Chef Asma , dia bagi free je tuk kita try.  Puding Roti Kismis, rasanya mmmm...memang sedap....Sos Vanilla nye begitu terasa. Memang ngam makan dgn Puding Roti Kismis ni...  Aku wat masa buka puasa last week, korang cube try, makan lak time sejuk-sejuk...best!!! bahan pun senang aje... Selamat mencuba..

Bahan - bahan :-
8 keping roti
100 gm kismis @ kurma- ikut suka nak letak berapa banyak..
100 gm gula kastor
500 ml susu segar
5 biji telur
1 sudu kecil esen vanilla
100 gm mentega
Secubit serbuk kulit kayu manis- ikut suka
Cara Membuatnya :-
1. Sapu roti dengan mentega, susun roti didalam acuan @ mangkuk kaca ukuran 8 inci x 8 inci sebanyak dua lapisan.( bahagian bawah hanya roti segiempat sahaja & bahagian atas dipotong segitiga - 4 keping roti setiap bahagian.)
2. Tabur kismis setiap lapisan , untuk membuat toppingnya:- satukan susu segar, telur , gula , esen vanilla dan serbuk kulit kayu manis.
3. Pukul hingga sebati dan tuangkan keatas roti, mentega yang selebihnya di letakkan diatas permukaan roti.
4. Perapkan selama 20 minit sehingga roti lembut dan bakar dengan kaedah " steambath" selama 35 minit api ketuhar atas dan bawah pada suhu 150C - 160C.
5. Apabila masak, enak dimakan bersama sos vanilla atau vanilla ice- cream.

Resepi Vanilla Sos.
Bahan- bahan :-
500 ml susu segar
1/4 sudu kecil esen vanilla
80 gm gula kastor
20 gm tepung kastard - dilarutkan dengan sedikit air
Cara membuatnya :-
1. Masukkan semua bahan - bahan kecuali tepung kastard.
2. Masak sehingga mendidih, apabila mendidih  masukkan kastard yang sudah dibancuh dengan sedikit air.
3. Kacau hingga sebati dan tutup api.Jika sos pekat boleh ditambah sedikit susu segar.
