Dah dua hari berehat, malam tadi siapkan order untuk customer hari ni. 1 kotak 35 cavity, 25 cavity & 12 cavity. Dari repeat customer. Syukur.
Ni close up untuk 35 cavity. Kandungannya dari kiri Nutty (campuran peanut paste & almond nib), Hazelnut Ganache, Raspberry Ganache, Almond, Vanilla Ganache (kali ni tukar guna shell Dark Chocolate, rasa yang tepat, combination manis & pahit. Memang best, rasa yang memang sepadan), Milk Choclate with Wafer (paillete) dan Dark Chocolate with Oren Flavor.
Yang dipulak close up utk 25 cavity, sama cam 35 cavity except tak de Vanilla Ganache & Milk Wafer.
Untuk 12 cavity ada Nutty, Hazelnut Ganache, Raspberry Ganache & Dark Choc. with Oren Flavor.
